All of the products by Ali Designs are handmade by us. Once the order and payment have been received, it will take approximately 7-10 business days for your order to be completed and shipped to you. What is your return policy? TOP
Returns can be made within 7 days if any items exhibit a manufacturing defect. If I live locally, is it possible for me to pick up my order to avoid shipping cost? TOP
